PRIVACY POLICY
EUROFRED, S.A. (hereinafter, “EUROFRED”) is conscious of the importance of the regulations in force on data protection and privacy. We know that protecting the security, integrity, veracity, and confidentiality of the data provided by our customers and users is of the utmost importance and we act responsibly and transparently in this matter. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the “Policy”) has as its goal to inform you of how we gather, process, and protect personal data. It will also specify the purpose of the data gathered and used by third parties through the platform (hereinafter, the “Platform”) or any other means like telephone, email, or the post.
Privacy Policy Scope
This Policy is applied to all the data provided by our customers, end users, or suppliers, people asking for information, users of our website, job seekers, or third parties we may have a relationship with and whose data is necessary to carry out our activities.

What information do we gather?
When you ask for information, buy our products, or use our services we collect personal information like your full name, national identity card number, address, phone number, email, company, or equipment data. We also collect information on the means of payment used in commercial transactions, like your credit card or bank account number as well as the information needed to comply with our accounting and tax obligations.
We also gather information that your browser sends us automatically every time you visit one of our webpages to analyze and improve your experience.
Why do we process your data?
The data you provide us with are processed to:
- Manage our commercial relationship with you in terms of the services we offer;
- Offer after-sales service;
- Respond to your requests for information;
- Send you marketing communications and any other kind of notification by any means (mail, email, or phone) to inform you of our offers, promotions, products, services, bulletins, and campaigns;
- Send out satisfaction surveys on the service offered;
- Draw up statistics, analyze market trends, and learn your browsing preferences for our webpages to customize and improve our services and maintain the site’s security as explained in our Cookies Policy.
If you’re applying for a job, your data may be processed to:
- manage your request;
- send you information about job vacancies in our organization:
- recruit;
- ask people or companies you have worked or work for for job references; and
- (hopefully!) hire you.
How long will we retain your data?
If you have a commercial relationship with us, the data you provide us with for that purpose will be retained while that relationship exists and the years necessary to comply with our legal and tax obligations or at least five years from the end of the commercial interaction. If you do not, your data will be retained until you ask us to discontinue processing of your personal data.
If you are applying for a job, the data you provide for that purpose will be retained until the job is filled, when the data will be transferred to your job file. If you are not hired, your data will be held while we reasonably consider that it is up-to-date so we can consider you for future recruiting.
What is the legitimation to process your data?
The processing of the data you provide us with to manage your commercial interaction with us, provide after-sales services, respond to your information requests, process your orders, provide the agreed-to services, send any information requested, or manage the Platform is to perform the contractual relationship we have with you. EUROFRED will adopt the actions necessary to ensure that the personal data that it collects, stores, and processes is processed legally, loyally, and transparently, complying with the obligations stemming from the legal regulation applicable through its business.
If you are our customer and you have not opted out of receiving commercial information on products and services similar to those purchased through any channel, including the electronic channel, we are legitimated by the contractual relationship in place between you and EUROFRED to use your data to inform you of the offers, promotions, products, services, bulletins, and campaigns that we consider could be of your interest keeping in mind the products and services purchased beforehand. You can oppose that processing at any time by using the link at the bottom of all emails, by sending an email to GDPRSP@eurofred.com, or through the form here. If you are not a EUROFRED customer but have provided your personal data for one of the other purposes listed above, EUROFRED can process your personal data to send you marketing information through any channel, including the electronic channel, about EUROFRED’s products and services based on the consent given.
If you are applying for a job, we will process your personal data based on the consent you give when you fill out the form.
Besides the previous cases, before processing your data we will always ask for your consent. Consent is the expression of free, specific, informed, and unequivocal will. You can revoke that consent at any time. That revocation is not retroactive.
Who receives the personal data?
Your data may be sent to other companies in the EUROFRED group within the European Union to be processed for the same purposes mentioned above. The Group companies’ data is available on our webpage https://www.eurofred.es/nosotros/ or in the documentation associated with the project that EUROFRED has sent you.
For EUROFRED to offer the highest quality service possible, it may need third party service providers to access personal data as processing managers. Some of those service providers are located in countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) or do not offer Spanish level data security. Those international transfers will adopt the measures necessary to ensure that the personal data transferred outside of the EEA has appropriate guarantees. International transfer will be done under the Clauses.

EUROFRED can transfer or communicate personal data to comply with its government obligations if so required in accordance with the legislation in force at the time as well as with other bodies like the state’s armed forces or security services and judiciary.
What are your rights?
You have the following rights under the applicable legislation:
- To access your personal data to know what data we are processing, request rectification of inexact data, or ask for it to be deleted when for other reasons the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In certain circumstance, you can ask to limit the processing of your data, in which case we will only hold it to place or defend ourselves from claims.
- In certain circumstances, and for reasons related to your individual situation, you may oppose your data being processed. When applicable, EUROFRED will stop processing your data, except for overriding legitimate reasons, or the exercise of or defense from possible claims.
- You have the right to move your data. That means that any personal data provided can be conveyed to another manager in a structured, commonly used, and mechanical reading format when technically possible.
You may exercise these rights be writing an email to GDPRSP@eurofred.com, providing your ID to verify your identity. We will respond to your requests as quickly as possible, at latest within a month of receiving your request. Under certain circumstances, that deadline may be extended for another two months, in which case we will inform you within a month of receiving your request.

Do I have the right to withdraw my consent?
Yes, you may withdraw your consent to your data being processed for the purposes for which you provided it at any time. Withdrawing consent will not be applicable to processing based on the performance of a contract or any other legal basis.
Updates to our Privacy Policy
The last version of our Privacy Policy will always be available on our website. EUROFRED can modify its Privacy Policy as established in the legislation applicable at any time. You will be duly informed of any modification to the Privacy Policy to keep you informed of the changes made to how your data is processed and, if the applicable regulation so requires, you can give your consent again.
